About Tingdene Parks Limited

Tingdene Parks Ltd, originally known as Tingdene Developments was founded by Matthew Gibbard in 1998. The company owned three parks Pavenham Park, Bedwell Park and Newton Park, all of which are still part of our current portfolio. Since then the company, now known as Tingdene Parks Ltd has grown significantly to a point where we now offer 18 parks and are continually expanding our current portfolio of parks while also developing established parks to offer future homes.

We have a well structured management system in place ensuring you receive the very best attention. Each park has it’s own manager who resides on the park and is available to assist with any day-to-day problems or queries that may arise.

To support them and offer you a second level of support we have area managers who typically manage two or three parks each. The area manager will normally visit the park on a weekly basis helping with any further questions or queries residents might have and can always be contacted by written correspondence or telephone.

Of course, being a sister company to Tingdene Homes Ltd, the UK’s leading Park Home manufacturer enables us to offer you far better continuity and service throughout the purchasing process and hopefully gives you confidence in our long term stability.
