Residential Park Home Living - Easy as 1-2-3!

1. The right park home location

Location is typically the deciding factor for park home owners moving to one of our residential parks (see survey results) and so we recommend you start by clicking on the ‘Our Parks’ link above and browsing through our portfolio of quality residential parks.

Then, if possible, a trip to the park can be well worth the time and will answer many of your questions, we will happily put you in touch with the relevant site manager.

2. Choose your park home

Our ‘Park finder’ on the right of the page gives you full listings of availability across our parks and allows you to save your search, meaning we’ll keep you updated by email if anything becomes available that meets your requirements.

Depending on availability at your preferred residential park we can either offer you a sited showhome ready to move in to, a pre-owned property or a vacant plot, allowing you to choose your own Tingdene Home from a range of over 11 models.  This can be done by visiting Tingdene’s Homemaker Centre in Wellingborough, Northants and allowing one of our friendly advisers to guide you around the showhomes. 

3. Leave the rest to us!

Sure there’s plenty to do but our advisors are first class and on hand at the Tingdene’s Homemaker Centre 7 days a week (check opening times) to guide you through your purchase. You can rest assured that we’ll make the process as smooth as possible, keeping you informed at every stage.
