Quite simply, once you have reserved a plot on a Tingdene Residential Park, a simple form is submitted on your behalf and three local estate agents are instructed to value your property*. Provided that the valuations are within 10% of
each other, an offer to purchase your property will be made subject to contract and survey. If there is more than a 10% differential another market appraisal will be undertaken and an offer made subject to contract and survey.
