The benefits of factory built Park Homes

Tingdene’s Park Homes are built off-site in a purpose built manufacturing centre (link to factory tour on tingdene site) in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. At the manufacturing centre, park homes are built in factory controlled conditions on production lines by a workforce of skilled craftsmen. The whole concept of off-site manufacturing gives controlled measures of quality, reduced build times, less waste and overall cost effectiveness compared with the traditional building methods. After manufacture, your new park home will be transported to your chosen residential park ready for occupation. All the homes are amazingly well insulated, very easy to maintain, and offer tastefully designed interiors, complete with brand new furniture - it really is a fresh new start!
