Marina View

Marina View is an exclusive, brand new park home development for the semi retired and retired. Situated in attractive countryside surroundings with the river Witham running nearby, it is ideally located for those who want the peace and quiet of the countryside yet still like to be within an easy distance of local amenities. The Locality

The Park is situated in the small village of Dogdyke which boasts its own Marina with boat moorings, fishing, a restaurant and a friendly public house. The nearby village of Coningsby has a host of amenities for day to day needs from a bank to a hardware store and is within an easy distance of the Hamlet of Dogdyke. RAF Coningsby is a local attraction with it’s jets and features the Battle of Britain memorial site. The nearby towns of Boston, Sleaford, Lincoln and the east Coast are all within 45 minutes drive of the park and regular bus services run from Coningsby as well as a bus stop a few hundred yards from the park entrance giving easy access to the surrounding areas.

Finding the Park

Proceed into Coningsby along the A153, taking the turning in the centre of the town and sign posted for the Battle of Britain Memorial Site. At the mini roundabout proceed straight over passing the Memorial Site and RAF Coningsby on your left. At the sharp left hand bend take the turning on the right into Belle Isle, the entrance to Marina View can then be found on the left hand side.
