Trowbridge Lodge

Trowbridge Lodge is an exclusive park home development situated in the heart of Wiltshire. The park has been established within part of the grounds of what was a large, private country estate and the entrance to the park is via one of the original Lodge Gates which is now a private residence. The park is set amongst woodland where the majority of the trees are protected under preservation orders providing an idyllic setting. The Park underwent a redevelopment program in the 1980’s bringing the park up to a very high standard and the majority of homes are situated on generous sized plots.

The Locality

Despite the countryside setting residents have all the conveniences of having a town virtually on their doorstep. There is a supermarket quite close to the Park and a small parade of shops around the corner while the centre of Trowbridge is approximately half a mile away. Trowbridge is a thriving town three miles from Bradford on Avon and within commuting distance of Bath, Bristol, Devizes and Swindon. The South Coast is approximately 45 miles away.

Finding the Park

Trowbridge Lodge is best approached off the A350. If travelling South from Melksham ignore the signposts at the roundabout of the A361 for Trowbridge and continue along the A350 for 3 miles and through the first set of traffic lights. Continue on towards West Ashton turning right at the next set of traffic lights to Trowbridge (left if travelling North from Westbury) and continue down the hill and into the outskirts of Trowbridge, bear right at the roundabout passing the petrol station on your right and the park entrance is on your right.
