Woodlands Park

Woodlands Park is a select park home development for the semi retired and retired situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Welwyn. Approached via a private road, the park is currently being developed to offer a new phase, attractively intertwined with the existing development. Brand new infrastructure and services are being installed to provide what will be one of the most prestigious parks in the area. The development is well underway with reservations to secure plots being taken on a first come, first served basis.

The Locality

Situated in West Hertfordshire, the surrounding area is famed for its picturesque, rolling countryside boasting a wide variety of flora and fauna. The charming village of Welwyn is full of character and is home to a historic 3rd C. Roman bathing suite. The village itself has all the basic day to day amenities, along with 2 public houses and is within easy reach of all the amenities associated with larger towns. A short dash along the A1 will bring you to England’s second garden city, Welwyn Garden City and then along to Stevenage, Britain’s first New Town. If you fancy the excitement of the Capital then London is approximately 45 minutes drive away.

Finding the Park

From the A1, junction 6, proceed over the roundabout towards Welwyn on the A1000. At the next roundabout, follow the A1000 northbound, to another roundabout situated by the Clock Hotel. Take the third exit onto the B197 under the A1 for _ mile and then turn left into Canonsfield Road. At the top of the road turn left into Pottersheath Road, (over the A1) and then take the first left into Danesbury Park Road. Woodlands Park is then situated 300 metres on the left hand side.
