Castlehill Park is a unique development of semi detached and terraced Park Homes offering affordable accommodation on a popular Park on the edge of Clacton-on-Sea. The majority of the properties have two bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and resident’s parking. The Park is managed and maintained by Park Managers and is set back from the main road down a private drive. Due to the nature of the homes on the Park, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate new homes, however a good selection of previously occupied homes are normally available with pets allowed at the Park Owners discretion.

The Locality

Castlehill Park is situated approximately 1 mile from both the sea front and Clacton-on-Sea’s town centre which offers many major high street shops and supermarkets. Clacton-on-Sea is accessible by major roads including the A12 and A120 providing excellent links to other major towns and cities. A bus stop close to the park entrance provides transport to Clacton-on-Sea’s town centre.
