Step by Step guide to how Moving Made Easy works...
- Secure your plot for a new park home by way of placing a deposit
- Complete the Moving Made Easy application form with our Sales Team
- Moving Made Easy will then contact you to explain how their service and how the process works
- Moving Made Easy will instruct local estate agents to carry out a valuation and provide a full market appraisal
- Once a realistic marketing price has been agreed with you, Moving Made Easy will place your existing home on to the market and marketing will commence
- Moving Made Easy will appoint the selling agents and ensure they produce sales particulars within the quickest possible timescales
- Moving Made Easy will work alongside the selling agents on all marketing aspects and viewings.
- A For Sale board will be erected in order to help achieve a sale as quickly as possible
- Moving Made Easy will monitor and manage all communication with the selling agents on your behalf
- Moving Made Easy will handle all offers and negotiations on your behalf
- Once a sale has been agreed, Moving Made Easy will progress the sale through to exchange of contracts on your behalf
- Once your sale has legally completed we will pay the estate agents fees
- You are now ready to move into your new park home
