Falcon Park in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich is an established park home development for the semi retired and retired. It is situated on the outskirts of the village of Martlesham Heath, just to the east of the thriving town of Ipswich and is within easy reach of many important amenities. One of the major features of the park is the picturesque heathland setting, which offers a wonderful array of colour throughout the year and is a haven for a wide variety of birds and wildlife.

Local Area

The village of Martlesham Heath is ideally situated for easy access into the town of Ipswich which boasts excellent shopping and entertainment facilities, along with historic sites, buildings and 12 medieval churches. Suffolk itself has many attractions including the Heritage Coast with its largely unspoilt coastline much of which is protected by the National Trust. A superstore and retail park are within easy walking distance of Falcon Park and there are rail and bus links from Ipswich to further afield.

Directions

From the A14 eastbound, take the A12 dual carriageway north towards Lowestoft. After about a mile go straight over the roundabout, staying on the A12. Continue straight over the next two roundabouts until at the third roundabout you will see a sign for ‘Superstore’ indicated as the third exit. Take this exit onto Anson Road, continue straight over the next roundabout, then take the second left turn into Hilton Road and the entrance to Falcon Park is straight ahead.
