About the Park
Loddon Court Farm Park was first established in the 1960s and has a variety of homes of various ages. Tingdene Parks acquired the Park in 2013 and since secured permission to develop a new area within the park for 23 new homes. Allowing you the chance to secure a new home of your choice with a new development on a sought after park.
Loddon Court Farm Park is surrounded by open countryside and yet only a few miles south of the bustling town of Reading, approximately 5 miles away. Nearer to home the village of Spencers Wood is approximately 1 mile from the Park providing day to day needs including; Post Office, Convenience store with newsagents and off licence, Car garage, Bakery, Chemist, Hair and Beauty Salon and Restaurant. The village also provides a Library and Village Hall whilst a Doctors Surgery is close by in the neighbouring village of Swallowfield approximately 1.5 miles from the Park.
Leave the M4 at junction 11 and take the A33 south, at the first set of traffic light turn left onto Basingstoke Road. Follow this road through the village of Spencers Wood and turn right onto Beech Hill Road. Follow this for approximately half a mile where the entrance to Loddon Court Farm Park can be found on the left hand side.
