Working to keep you safe
Following the changes to the government guidance on the 13th May people who wish to move home can now do so. As a result, we can welcome visitors again and you are able to take your first steps to enjoying the park home lifestyle.
When conducting viewings on our parks the safety of our visitors, our residents and our team remains our top priority, and as such we want to reassure you that we will be working in accordance with government guidance.
All viewings will be by appointment only and will be limited to members of the same household, with only one household visiting the property at a time.
All our staff have a non-contact policy and will, of course, keep a safe distance. We will also ensure our staff have the appropriate PPE.
The Show homes
During your tour our show homes will be open for viewing. The show home will be opened before your arrival and all internal doors will be left open. You will be asked to view the property alone while the Tingdene Parks representative remains outside weather permitting, or sufficiently socially distanced if not.
For your safety all surfaces will be cleaned before each viewing. Whilst in the show home we ask you to avoid touching surfaces and bring your own hand sanitiser.
We will be reviewing our measures carefully and accordingly and look forward to welcoming you safely to our parks.
Please note before carrying out a personal tour all parties involved in the visit must be well with no COVID-19 symptoms.
